What is your process for pre-booking of weddings?
As rule in your favor, we like to have the interested parties call to make an appointment or stop in to have a tour.  Following this tour one of our coordinators will sit down to discuss your ideas and hoow you envision your wedding.  Following our conversation the coordinator will put a proposal together for you, outlaying items discussed and provide you with a full outline of pricing and give you a total cost based on what you asked.
Do you have seasonal rates?
Yes.  We also provide mid week rates, Friday and Sunday discounsts and consideration for those weddings booked during the winter months.  Please contact a coordinator for further information.
How do I make a deposit for an event?
All events and receptions need a deposit to secure the date.  We will give you 7 days waiting period regarding the day and time you have requested.  Without a deposit from you before that wait period is up, that date will be released to other people viewing the facility.

Can we throw a bridal or baby shower in one of your smaller rooms?
Yes.  We encourage those involved with planning a shower to give us a call or email info@morganhilleventcenter.com to discuss availablity, pricing, and the type of function you plan to have.
Can we host a rehearsal dinner on site?
Yes.  We are happy to work with you for your rehearsal dinner following your rehearsal onsite or at another time.  Please contact one of our coordinators to discuss menu options, size of the party, and bar options.
Can I bring my own food or catering onsite for my reception?
No.  We cannot allow outside food or beverage apart from cake because of our agreement with our catering company, Jolain's Gourmet.
Do you offer tastings for brides and grooms to try food prior to the selecting the menu?
Absolutely.  We will contact couples as dates are determined and invite them to take part.
