If you’re planning a winter wonderland wedding, our Ethan room has a gorgeous granite fireplace that makes saying your vows a priceless moment.
We only have one wedding at a time to ensure that we are available just for you when you need us most.

Morgan Hill Event Center has been designed and built with grandeur in mind. Our facility houses two majestic granite fireplaces, as well as a three-sided grand balcony which compliments the charming post and beam construction.
Our Ethan Room can accommodate your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one space. This room can host up to 300 guests. We have our Morgan Room, which is set for a smaller more intimate wedding hosting up to 60 guests. This is also a great room for extending your buffet or cocktail hour to allow your guest to mingle.
Our on-site experienced staff will work with you through your booking process and assist you with any questions you may have. We only have one wedding at a time to ensure that we are available just for you when you need us most. We will assist you on your special day, helping to make sure your wedding is exactly how you have always imagined.
Our in-house catering, Jolain’s Gourmet, offers a wide range of high quality, delicious dining possibilities to match your tastes and budget. We provide and coordinate many different options for your special day and welcome the opportunity to work with you to create that perfect match.

Your Wedding
Nothing gives us greater pleasure than helping you plan and having you enjoy your wedding day stress free.
Our experienced coordinators will help you put together the perfect day. We will assist you with your decorations, usher your guests when they arrive and make sure that everyone gets down the aisle on time. We will make sure that your wishes are turned into reality for your wedding day.
Together, we will decide on:
- The location(s) and timing for each part of your wedding, including the rehearsal if desired.
- The layout of tables and chairs, decorations, linens, and any special request you may have.
- With the help from our in-house caterer, we will help you select the right meal for you and your guests.
- Ten days before your wedding day is when we gather your minimum guest count and final menu choices.
